When I log in using Microsoft Explorer, I can only see the page header with the bfinance logo or a blank page
- Check your version of Microsoft Internet Explorer by clicking Help > About Internet Explorer
- If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
- Confirm that javascript is enabled on your browser by clicking Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet > Custom level and checking that the Active option is selected under Scripting > Active scripting
- Confirm that ajax is enabled on your brownser by clicking Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet > Custom level and checking that the Active option is selected under ActiveX Controls and Plug-Ins > Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting and Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins
- If these settings are not active and you cannot change them, try to add http://www.bfinance.com to your list of trusted sites by clicking Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites then clicking the Sites button and the Add button
- If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or 8
- Confirm that javascript is enabled on your browser by clicking Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet > Custom level and checking that the Active option is selected under Scripting > Active scripting
- Confirm that ajax is enabled on your brownser by clicking Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Enable native XMLHTTP support
- If these settings are not active and you cannot change them, try to add http://www.bfinance.com to your list of trusted sites by clicking Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites then clicking the Sites button and the Add button
